  Rosena works as a freelance interior design consultant, as a tutor with Australian College QED, is developing a diploma course for the college and creates designer artwork. During her working life she has designed, implemented and conducted training sessions on personal development, interior decoration and retail studies. She has also ministered as a guest speaker and singer at a number of women’s conferences and conducted mini seminars at home shows. The aim of the series of the ‘Interior Decoration 6 Step’ Guides is to help homemakers make the best of their homes. Rosena believes everyone is entitled to great design. We live in a wonderful created by the Master Designer Jesus. We all have God given creativity. She has a passion to see this released in peoples lives. Accessorize 2 Maximize is the first of the series. This mini guide has been written with the busy person in mind. Rosena and her husband Ron were in Christian ministry for many years and are now retired from fulltime ministry. Ron is still involved with Pray Bendigo. They are both very involved with BendiMar Kingdom Ministries Inc. BendiMar is a company who support Christian work in India and Burma. Projects like U Paint and the soon to open Art Café raise funds for the work and sell art and handcrafts to support Indian and Burmese craftsmen's/women and raise much needed funds for their communities. Ron has given business support and Rosena used her design skills to help develop these projects.

Many trends can be happening at the same time. In the seventies the trend was brown and orange in the eighties the trend was grey and pink. The International Color Authority forecast ‘Tangerine’ and ‘Shady Violet’ as the key colors to lead trends for 2010.
