The story of Lucifer’s fate is indeed written in the stars. Satan has many titles and many symbols, two of which are the Dragon and the Serpent. Both are represented in the heavens. As mentioned earlier, Draco (the Dragon) has his head under the feet of the hero Hercules, one of the many constellations that represents an aspect of Christ. On the other side of the sky, Orion has his left foot over the head of Lepus (the Serpent) as if in the act of crushing it. Lepus is of late portrayed as a hare, but in the oldest recorded zodiac, the Denderah Zodiac which was found in Egypt during 1797 at the time of Emperor Napolean’s conquest of Egypt, Lepus is represented as a creature with the body of a serpent and the head of an ibis. The Egyptians had a god with the body of a man and the head of an ibis named Thoth, god of wisdom, writing and medicine. Perhaps by combining the symbols of the ibis and the serpent, they may have been wishing to emphasise the quality of wisdom. The Bible tells us to “be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” Matthew 10:16 (KJV)

When the news came that Venus was due to transit the Sun in 2012, it didn’t seem too big a deal. After all, we’d had one in 2004 without much in the way of a lasting impact. What was of interest was that it coincided with some unusual movements of the planet, so it was time to investigate. Above is a star chart showing the path of Venus in mid-2012. As discussed earlier, Venus can be either a good symbol or a symbol of Lucifer. Now that I have investigated some basic principles of reading the signs in the stars, I have come to the conclusion that it is God who is allowing Lucifer/Satan to show his true colours. The result is the highly probable action of God in dealing overtly with the most observable symbol of sin, heralding the commencement of the harvest at the

end of the world. Matt. 13: 39,40,49 (KJV)

Looking at the star map, you’ll notice that Venus in 2012 moves west, then stops, then moves east before stopping, then moves west again. Because of the Earth’s relative movement to the planets, this kind of thing regularly happens. It is an optical illusion called retrograde motion.

Retrograde motion of the planets has to be one of the strangest behaviours in the heavens. Planets move relative to the stars, and they do so, generally, moving from west to east in the sky. If we look at the sky, at the same time of the night on two different nights, we will generally notice that the planets have moved a little to the east. But every once in a while, a planet will do something funny: it will slow down its motion, will appear to "stop" for a short while, and will then start moving in the opposite direction, to the west. Eventually, it will stop again, and resume its movement towards the east.

The birth of Christ involved retrograde motion, a conjunction between Jupiter (the fifth planet) which was considered to be the Planet of the Messiah, and Regulus which was considered to be the Star of the Messiah. The Hebrew name for Jupiter was sedeq, or “righteousness.” It is often spelled “Zadok.” and is connected to the Order of Melchi-sedec (Heb. 5:10), of which Jesus is the Chief Priest. And so the Messiah was connected to signs in Jupiter, or sedeq. Regulus is known as Qalb Al Asad, from the Arabic meaning 'the heart of the lion'. The Order of Mechisedec may also be related to the Zadokites who are mentioned in Ezekiel 48:11 “This will be for the consecrated priests, the Zadokites, who were faithful in serving me and did not go astray as the Levites did when the Israelites went astray.” Regulus is located between the feet of the constellation Leo, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. This star is the “sceptre” and the “lawgiver” referred to in Genesis 49:9-10. (Coincidentally there is an ancestor of Jesus named Zadok some 7 generations prior to Mary and Joseph.)

Eusebius writes “Herodes [Herod], the son of Antipater of Ascalon and Cypris of Arabia, was appointed by the Romans to be king of Judaea. At this time, in the century before the birth of Christ, the kingdom and high priesthood of Judaea, which had been passed from father to son, came to an end, in fulfilment of the prophecy which was spoken through Moses [Genesis, 49'10]: "The sceptre will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs".”

If you draw a line through the two stars in Ursa Major that are closest to the handle (as seen in the graphic a few pages back), you will see that it intersects Regulus. Once again, Ursa Major is associated with another vital symbol in the heavens.

In September of 3 B.C., Jupiter came into conjunction with Regulus, the star of kingship, the brightest star in the constellation Leo the Lion. Leo was the constellation of kings, and it was associated with the Lion of Judah. These heavenly entities haven’t been involved in a triple conjunction since that time. Just a month earlier, Jupiter and Venus had almost seemed to touch each other in another close conjunction, also in Leo. Then the conjunction between Jupiter and Regulus was repeated in February and May of 2 B.C. This is because of the retrograde motion. When a planet reaches the extremities of it’s motion during it’s retrograde loop, it appears to stand still prior to moving off in the opposite direction. Such was the case in May of 2 B.C. as recorded in Matthew 2:9 “When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.”

Finally, on June 17, 2 B.C., Jupiter and Venus, the two brightest objects in the night sky except for the moon, came so close that their disks appeared to touch. This exceptionally rare event could not have been missed by observers such as the Wise Men. In countries to the east of what was then the kingdom of Judea, observers could have seen the fused planets as a beacon. Astrologers associated Jupiter with the birth of kings and Venus with fertility. After their visit to Herod in Jerusalem, their next stop was Nazareth, not Bethlehem as erroneously depicted in religious paintings. Jesus was a toddler by the time the Magi arrived at the family home.

A September birth date for Jesus is consistent with the opinions of various authorities. One calculation method used is based on the fact that Jesus was born 6 months after John the Baptist. Based on his father’s scheduled priestly service in the Temple, we know that John was born in either March or April, making Jesus’ appearance about September or early October. It can be argued that a time in September around the autumnal equinox which nearly corresponds to the month of Tishrei which begins anywhere between September 5 and October 6, but always 163 days after the first day of Passover.

One previous objection to a date 4 B.C. or later was the opinion that King Herod died in 4 B.C.. Because of his part in the nativity story, it would mean that a date after 4 B.C. would have been out of the question. Recent scholarship indicates that his death was either in 1 B.C. or 1 A.D., making a birth after 4 B.C. a distinct possibility. The September date in 3 BC is probably not Jesus' birth date. It is simply the date when the Magi first saw the “star”. By the time they arrived, Jesus was back at the family home in Nazareth. Commentators generally agree that he was perhaps a year and a half to two years old by the time of their visitation in May or June of 2 BC. This is why Herod ordered the murder of all male children under the age of two.

It is already established that Jesus had to be born in September or early October. Counting back nearly 2 years from May of 2 BC, we get Sept/Oct of 4 BC. His birth falls during the month that contains The Day of Atonement, the holiest day of the Hebrew year. The biblical name for the Day of Atonement is Yom Kippurim, meaning 'the day of covering, cancelling, pardon, reconciling'. In 4 BC, Yom Kippur fell on September 9^th. Given the mathematics of the Super Cycle and the obvious symbolism, this particular date appears to be 'ordained'.

Lucifer’s intention as we saw right at the beginning of this book is to “ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.” Isa 14:13-14 (KJV) Because of this attitude, he was thrown out of Heaven and banished, but it is still his aim after all these years. You will see that during mid-year in 2012, God has pre-determined the course of Venus to precisely allow Satan the opportunity to ATTEMPT to publicly and symbolically make his challenge. The result too will be public as described in Ezek. 28:18 “You have profaned your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities and the enormity of your guilt, by the unrighteousness of your trade. Therefore I have brought forth a fire from your midst; it has consumed you, and I have reduced you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all who looked at you (watched you).” Compare this to 2 Thessalonians 2:8 which says, “And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.”

According to the star map on a previous page, Venus will pass by the star Alcyone in the Pleiades on April 3, 2012. It also heralds the beginning of the final assault on God’s people and the Throne of God.

This conjunction with the Pleiades is four days before the Jewish Passover which is from April 7-13, 2012. Each year, in the days just prior to Passover, Jews are required to gather together all of the leaven (yeast) in their homes. On Preparation Day which is the day prior to Passover, all yeast (the Hebrew word is chametz) is to be removed from the home. Symbolically, yeast is equated to sin, because it is the ingredient that makes bread rise. It is a representation and a symbol of the first sin (pride) which causes one to become puffed up. Exod. 12:15 “Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. On the first [chief] day you shall remove leaven from your houses. For whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that person shall be cut off from Israel.” By visiting the Pleiades (symbolic of believers) and introducing leaven (sin) prior to the first day of Passover, Venus (Lucifer) will be using an age-old strategy that is first described in the book of Numbers. The result of Balaam (formerly a godly prophet) causing the Israelites to sin against God is seen in Numbers 31:16 “Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD.”

It’s no accident that Lucifer (the personification of sin) should make his appearance in the star grouping that represents believers (the congregation of the ruler) at the time when the symbol of sin is to be removed from every house. The Church is not the mount of the congregation referred to in Isaiah 14, but it is the congregation of the LORD as per the previous paragraph. During this much scrutinised orbit of Venus, this oppression of the Church is a direct challenge to God’s authority and His relationship to His Church.

God’s laws for entering into the congregation: This refers to the congregation of God’s people, and also to the mount of the congregation.

Deuteronomy 23:2 “A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.”

Psalm 1:5 “Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgement, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.”

Jeremiah 30:20 “Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.” (This verse is a parallel to the positioning of the Pleiades before Orion.) Numbers 23:19 “God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfil?” These often-quoted words come from the mouth of Balaam prior to his betrayal of God’s people. Certainly, God’s promise to punish the bastard, the one who is outside of the covenant who dares to attempt to pollute the congregation of the righteous with sin, and claim to be equal to God, is to be fulfilled in the heavens for all to see. The 2012 visitation by Venus to the Pleiades is by an illegitimate, a sinner, an enemy and an oppressor. As per Jeremiah, the oppressor will be punished.

In early May, 2012 Venus passes between the horns of Taurus, The Judge. The tips of the horns are marked by the stars El Nath and El Hecka. Taurus is Shur in Hebrew, meaning both “coming” and “ruling” and is symbolic of the Coming Messiah. The bull is noted for its strength and aggression. By passing in between the horns of this fierce creature is a challenge to its power and therefore the power of the Messiah.
